Returns & Exchanges

At ooloula.com, we provide a '30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee' for all Ooloula bracelets purchased. You have a period of 30 calendar days, starting from the day you receive the item, to return the bracelet(s).

Exchanges
It can naturally happen that you've ordered the wrong size or prefer a different bracelet.

To initiate an exchange, please use our contact form. Specify your order and which bracelet you'd like to receive in exchange. Pack your order and place it in the box with the provided shipping label. Once we receive your order, we will promptly send out the new order to you.

There are no shipping costs for exchanges.

Refund
In order to be eligible for a refund, the Ooloula bracelets must be returned in the box and not exhibit any signs of usage. Once we receive the package, we will promptly issue a full refund, which will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Good to know
International Orders, meaning outside Europe, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Make sure to contact us before returning a bracelet, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees).
